MySQL databases are at your disposal on a MySQL server, which is accessible via phpMyAdmin or remote via SQL client. If you wish to operate MySQL databases by remote control, please send us a ticket with your IP address (check www.dnsreport.ch) so that we can add it to our firewall. Not everyone has access to our MySQL server!

MSSQL databases are at your disposal on a MSSQL server, which is accessible via e.g. the external client Microsoft SQL-Server-Management-Studio.

With FTP (file transfer protocol) you manage your web relevant data easy and comfortable with any FTP client (recommended and for free: FilleZilla).

FTPS (FTP over TLS) is the more secure alternative to FTP. In this case the transfer of your data is encrypted.

Beside the main FTP user with access to your web root index, additional web user in an own independent index structure are at your disposal.

Additionally, you can assign access to the whole web area or part of it for further FTP users. You can give a FTP user read permission only while excluding to write.
